We stayed here with a group of friends to celebrate my birthday. When we checked in, the Front Desk Agent had hand-written a note welcoming each of us and wishing us all a good stay. I had reserved 3 rooms online and had to cancel 2 since 2 groups weren't able to make it. Even though one of them was cancelled less than 24 hours in advance, the manager assured me that I would not be charged - and they hadn't even gotten the cancellation notice from the online service I used to book yet! Everyone was SO FRIENDLY! Someone in the group told the hotel it was my birthday and the front desk & staff left a bottle of wine and a card in my room - how nice that was! AND, the staff sang happy birthday to me as we were getting on the FREE shuttle that took us to Dave & Busters. I would defintely recommend this hotel to anyone! It was great! Thanks Homewood Suites!

Our stay was wonderful! Beautiful, safe, and most welcoming. We brought a friend to fly out of STL. Everything was ABOVE any expectation we had. Great rooms, free dinner and breakfast and transportation to the airport. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to be treated like royalty.
